• Reference Photos: One photo you upload to create a character.
• Generated Images: AI-generated portraits created through the Service.
• Saved Prompts and Preferences: Style configurations, prompt settings, and favorites you save within the app.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including generation history and credit transactions.
• Payment Information: Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record. We do not store your payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Process your reference photos and generate portraits via KIE.AI
• Manage your account, characters, and credit balance
• Process payments and send transaction confirmations
• Issue automatic credit refunds on failed generations
• Improve the quality and reliability of the Service
• Send service-related announcements and support responses

3. Data Storage and Security

Your images and personal data are stored securely. We use:

• Encrypted cloud storage via Supabase for all user data and images
• Secure authentication provided by Supabase Auth
• HTTPS for all data transmitted between your device and our servers
• Access controls limiting data access to authorized processes only

While we implement robust security measures, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

4. Data Retention

We retain your uploaded reference photos and generated images for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual images or characters at any time from your dashboard. When you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data and associated images within 30 days.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Google OAuth: For optional sign-in with Google.
• Supabase: For database storage, file storage, and user authentication.
• KIE.AI: For AI-powered image generation. Your reference photos are transmitted to KIE.AI solely to process your generation requests.
• Lemon Squeezy: For payment processing. As Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy handles billing, taxes, and payment data on our behalf.
• Vercel: For application hosting and content delivery.

Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy governing the use of your information.

6. AI Model Training

Your uploaded reference photos are used solely to generate your personalized portraits. We do not use your images to train AI models, and we do not share them with any third party for training purposes. KIE.AI processes your images transiently for generation and does not retain them for model training.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your country of residence, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your data and account
• Export your generated images
• Opt out of non-essential communications
• Object to or restrict certain data processing activities

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your authenticated session and provide the Service. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
