1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ManyPics ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ManyPics provides AI-powered portrait and headshot generation services. You create a "character" by uploading one reference photo, select a visual style from our curated library, and our AI generates professional-quality portraits based on your inputs. All image generation is processed through KIE.AI.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and use your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any images you submit. You must not upload images that:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contain explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Depict minors without proper parental or guardian consent
• Feature identifiable third parties without their explicit consent

4. Generated Content

AI-generated portraits created through the Service are provided for your personal or commercial use. While we strive for high-quality results, we cannot guarantee that generated images will meet any specific requirement or be suitable for every purpose. Results may vary depending on the quality and variety of the reference photos provided.

5. Credits and Payment

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed per generation (1 credit for standard resolution, 2 credits for high resolution). Credits are purchased through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

In the event that a generation task fails due to a technical error on our end or on the AI provider's end, the credits consumed for that generation will be automatically refunded to your account.

If you are unsatisfied with your generated portraits and have not downloaded any of the resulting images, you may contact us at hello@manypics.ai to request a credit refund. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will verify that the upload guidelines provided on the platform were followed. Credit refunds under this policy are granted at ManyPics' sole discretion and are limited to one refund per account. Monetary refunds are not available for credits already consumed. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract any AI model used by the Service
• Upload images of other people without their explicit consent
• Use the Service to create misleading, deceptive, or defamatory content
• Resell or redistribute generated images as part of a competing AI generation service
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features
• Use automated scripts to abuse the credit system or Service infrastructure

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Generation times depend on AI provider capacity and may vary. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManyPics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or dissatisfaction with generated content.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
